Beginning as a way to express my thoughts and feelings, my work has developed into an accumulation of an exploration into textiles, ceramics & print work. Embedded within my designs is my secret language inspired by binary code and the repetitive grids found in textiles. Growing up surrounded by my mother selling antiques, ceramics are a huge influence in my visual work. Shapes taken from my drawings are converted into their own 2D objects. Fragmented.  Part of this work has developed into the creation of ornate jugs and it is within these I personify myself. As a final piece my objects are gathered together in clusters, each group having a conversation within themselves & trailing between these clusters float fragments, like fleeting thoughts.
